The Position

Barry & Byrne Kitchens Ltd. are currently expanding our sales team to capitalise on the significant growth opportunities currently available in our Tipperary showroom.

A fantastic opportunity exists for a full-time experienced kitchen design / sales professional to be part of our high performing, close knit team based in our showroom in Unit 4, Ex Namco Premises, Knockanrawley, Tipperary, E34 RX74.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, focused and target driven individual to build a long-term career, earn a substantial salary and deliver Irish made kitchens and bedrooms that are manufactured to the highest standard in the market today.

Candidates with previous experience of kitchen design, sales, carpentry, or construction will also be considered.

Core Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers from the initial meeting through to completion.
• Design and sell fitted kitchens and wardrobes.
• Up-sell our full suite of products and services.
• Identify and develop new and ongoing business opportunities.
• Achieve/exceed sales targets in line with the business strategy.
• Communicate effectively with our customers, manufacturing facility, contractors, and approved suppliers.

• Proven kitchen industry sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
• A flair for design and a passion for excellence.
• Ability to work and utilise design software.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
